Q1.Are you a manufacturer ?
A:Yes,We specialize in manufacturing magnetic products for over a decade, Offering superior quality products with most cost-effective price and first-class service is our value idea.OEM and ODM service are both acceptable.
 
Q2.What is the cooperation procedure?
A:Step 1,Provide us with your customization demands(materials,design,size,packing,order quantity,etc.),then we will quote price
  Step 2, After acceptting order price,we set about producing sample according to your product artwork. (sample fee need to be charged in advance)
  Step 3, Send you the custom-made sample and confirm order delivery time.
  Step 4, Sign a contract of official order,and pay 30% deposit or pay 100% (it depends on order amount)
  Step 5,Arrange mass production,immediately inform you to inspect goods and pay off the balance once we finish all production
  Step 6, Make delivery after receiving all payment
 
Q3. What is your sample policy?
A: Existing sample is free , the freight is paid by customer.For customized sample,we charge 60$ per model and express fee. it can be deducted from deposit if the official order amount exceeds 1500$
 
Q4. What are artwork requirements
A: Generally the artwork is provided by customers, either you can seek the assistance of our graphic experts to come up with a good artwork.If you prefer to design the artwork by yourself, please follow to the guidelines mentioned below.
 
1, Editable formats -Any editable file formats such as Al,PSD, PDF, CDR.
2, Resolution - NOT less than 300 dpi.
3, Margins - A minimum of 3mm margin from the cut edge of your magnet should be ensured in the design. Better not to have borders or designs along the edge of the magnet.
4, Color mode - CMYK is the preferred color mode for printing
5, Conversions - Convert all fonts to curves/outlines
 
Q5. How long will the custom-made sample and official order take?
A: For sample order, gennerally it takes 3-7days. For official order, it takes 15- 25days(depends on the order quantity and customization demands.)
 
Q6.What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our M.O.Q is based on different items. Small orders are also welcome,relatively the unit price will be different from big orders
 
Q7. How about the terms of payment?
A: We usually accept payment by T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. If order amount is less than 1000USD, 100% in advance.if more than 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,pay off balance before shippment.(Other payment terms can negotiate.)
 
Q8. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, 100% test before delivery
 
Q10. What is your quality warranty?
A: For all the products, we have one-year warranty. all of our goods are 100% tested working before sent to you. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery,please do check before you sign for the package
